Decided to stop by for some wings and a sweet treat after shopping in the area. Boy was i surprised. Our server Maddie was so kind compared to many previous Buffalo visits. Let me tell you the staff was all great ! But paul went beyond he’s a great example on how to be a very good manager and run the restaurant so perfect ! We are regulars there and when you come accross Paul you will see what I’m talking about ! Let’s Luka !!!
This location went above and beyond in helping me place an over the phone order. And when I came to pick up I realized I had miscommunicated part of the order. They acted quickly and calmly to fix the order how I wanted and provided extra! Andy and Ruby were fantastic.
