Staff here have that stupid "You pay me minimum wage, I put in minimum effort" mentality that will likely just result in them making minimum wage for the rest of their lives. The food often ends up burnt, thrown together all sloppy, looks/tastes weird, or all of the above. Their attitudes are crap and they take forever to make the simplest of orders. Fast food and retail pay minimum wage because they are a hell of a lot easier than being a lawyer, teacher, or doctor so stop crying and having an attitude about your wages and actually put in the small amount of effort this occupation requires and maybe you'll actually get out of that poverty hole.
