How can a food company refuse to cook the food to the liking of their customers?? Telling me they can no longer do well done fries or chicken?? Seriously?? I don't eat soggy, half cooked fries and I like crispy chicken. Wingstop is thanking you for your stupid company decision. You lost nearly $200 a week in business from us and our company.
I was told today that the company changed their policy on well done fries in October 2019. Now I feel like @chickfila is a dictatorship wherein the customer does not have a choice in their experience of what works for the client. This is ridiculous that Chick-fil-A wont spend an extra 90 seconds to satisfy their client base. I will be telling everyone I know about how the customer service at Chick-fil-A doesn't care about their customers.
