I used to love this place for happy hour. They recently took all the well drinks off happy hour and changed up the happy hour food. What kind of bar won't serve cocktails on happy hour? They lost my business after 20 plus years of happy hour meet ups.

First of all I rarely complain because I love Chili’s definitely felt the need to leave a review today. If you want great customer service and hot fresh food DON’T waste your time coming here. I brought my family of 5 to eat. We ordered chips and salsa the chips had hair in it. Then my daughter had hair in her broccoli. Not only that we had to REQUEST fresh food because literally ALL of our food was room temperature. We felt very uncomfortable and unwelcoming seems like some of the staff were bias. I will NEVER come back here. I’ll continue to take my business to Downey or Cerritos.

This is my favorite chilis and I have to say this experience made me upset. Just a party of two and we sat at the bar for the bartender to completely ignore us, no greet at all. I work in the restaurant industry and I always make sure to acknowledge a guest even when busy, the guy was just washing glasses. Didn’t even get to order anything, we left after almost 10 mins. The only good thing was the host was super nice.

The place was ok. Food was great. Staff was young and fairly un-attentive, took asking three different servers to get a glass of ice water….but again, they were all hatchlings. Probably an adult manager would be a good idea. Overall, not awful. But not awesome.

I called ahead and asked to put my name on a list because we had a big party. I spoke to the manager who told me 30-45 minutes. My family had been at Knott's Berry Farm all day. We left the park and arrived approximately 20 or so minutes later, at which point we were told it was going to be another 30-45 minutes after being told we were on the waiting list already (because more people arrived since you called). We got passed up by every group that walked in after us and ended up waiting an hour and a half after that. My sister in law, brother, and mother didn't even receive their food until after everyone else was done eating and my soup was completely rotten. I honestly feel badly because the server was really kind but truly the only pleasant part of this experience. I've worked in food service and customer service my whole life and would never treat paying customers the way that we were treated.
