Disappointed in my frajitas. My meat and chicken were placed on top of the onions and bell peppers that were not cooked. Meat was scarce. But my beans were flavorful. Chips and salsa are always good.

We just had a great experience today here at Chili's! The Manager Toni is the best!!!! And Giselle our server was so wonderful to us! We came to celebrate my husband birthday and well it was the best decision coming here! Service was fast! Food was delicious! And Tony and Giselle came often to check how we were doing! Went on a weekday for an early lunch. There was lots of staff around with not much to do as there were only 3-5 small tables. The drinks were horrific-full of syrups. Food was subpar. And service was unfortunately most disappointing. The pay machines were not working properly or the server didnt know how to properly close out a tab/didnt want to do it themselves. Why use a pay machine if were paying for your service??

We went on a Wenesday night, and it was surprisingly busy. We were seated in a good amount of time. However, the hostess seemed a little stressed. Our server was nice and very patient. We ordered appetizers, entrees, and dessert. The appetizer and entress came out at the same time, which was disappointing. Our drinks were maintained, and we had a supervisor check on us twice. The only bad experience was feeling rushed the entire meal.

Food was good, but server’s helper confused the order of one order of steak been well done and steak order medium rare. When we tried to have the ordered fixed … people already had taken bites of it , one of the servers suggested the people switched plates. I was incredibly amazed there was no effort on making a good impression on a table of 7 guests/customers. Not trying to fix things… not even an apology. Just pure ignoring the situation. Will not come back to this location.

Like any other chillis in terms of taste. Only problem was the food took a while and it was way more expensive than I remembered. $60 for two people with no appetizers and one drink is kind of more than I would expect at chillis.
Great food. Got their Fajita Trio (pictured) and 3 for me meal with 6oz steak. Unlimited chips and salsa (seriously, we finished 2 baskets of chips while waiting for food).
