Ordered Uber eats last night Friday 12-12-2025 and received empty mozzarella stick no cheese inside and the chicken were so cold and not crispy .. I did sent a feedback but this is what they said contact uber eats and Uber eats refused to give me my money back.. I am very disappointed and I won’t order online again

Our server Jordan was so attentive and amazing he really made our time at Chilis super enjoyable! I did not want to leave! We stayed for another round of food and drinks because he was such an amazing person to talk to and ask questions about the menu to! He was patient and caring. Definitely coming back to this chilis again and hoping he’s our server again!!

I really hate to leave a bad review somewhere but I feel it is warranted a friend and I went here lastnight after we set in our beer order the waiter came up and let us know the kitchen was being cleaned I didn’t think much of it thought that there was a rush before we came in once our app came out things were pretty good still then the actual food we ordered I noticed my pasta had an off taste I avoided eating most of the chicken shrimp noodles anything that had the cajun seasoning due to it I didn’t really want to say anything because I’ve never ate at chilis before so I chalked it up to me just not liking how they prepare it usually got home went to bed and woke up in complete stomach pain and cramping texted my friend this morning same thing but unfortunately I was the only one who threw up other TMI issues we had in common
This is no hate to the staff I thought our waiter was really nice it’s just the experience I had with the food and needing to call off of work due to it that unfortunately makes me want to stay away from chilis after this being my first experience with it :(

I wanted to share feedback about my recent to-go order from your location. I ordered the 3-piece Nashville Hot mozzarella cheese sticks, but when I received my food, the mozzarella sticks were not hot or even warm — they were almost cold.
I took one bite and ended up throwing them away since I had to get back from my lunch. I was really disappointed because I regularly visit this location and usually have a great experience. Unfortunately, this time was very disappointing, and it makes me hesitant to return, even though this Chili’s is conveniently located right across the street from my house.
I hope this feedback helps improve the quality of to-go orders moving forward.

Im so disappointed I’ve been coming to this Establishment for many years. I took my family to eat on Monday 10/20 night. It was crazy 😂 order was wrong drinks kept coming in like as if we were a large group. Our server was too into the gossip to even get our order right! I called the manager John RUDE 😂 I think that’s his name. Just went wrong in every direction.

I haven't been to Chili's in a while and now I recall why. I ordered the a burger with cheese and fries, can't recall the name so I'm not going to add confusion. The burger had no taste and a bit on the cold side. I'm not the one who returns food for fear of upsetting the cook and you know the rest. We were there as a group for my granddaughters birthday and the ambience was nice, they even had the game on which was great because you could hear everyone getting into the game. Everything else was fine and or servers were the best, so maybe the cook was having a bad night but I won't be taking my chances again, thank you very much.

Absolutely best location and staff... Our favorite server is Justine but everyone does a phenomenal job.. the female managers are wonderful aswell .. they did have a heavy set male manager helping beginning of the summer and as a customer opinion he was annoying... We seen him a few times & not impressed.. would stand against a wall holding it up, not greet customers or help staff....he was worthless... We do miss the chili and the queso dips

Got a to-go order here today. Found 2 tiny hairs on my food. One on the inside of my hamburger bun. The 2nd was on top of my broccoli. They looked like facial hair. Idk.

Visited this restaurant on September 5th, 2025. Be careful what you put down on the table. The employees have sticky fingers and like to think things. I clearly left my sunglasses on the table. Went to use the restroom while my 11-year-old daughter stayed at the table. The only person that came to the table was the person who picked up the plates. When I got back my sunglasses were gone. And of course the manager didn't do anything because the employee denied it.
