Hit with a sudden urge for spicy pork stew (gamjatang), I decided to try out a new restaurant in Orange County. There was ample parking and plenty of seating available. Despite the quiet day, the waitresses were friendly and attentive, making the atmosphere even more welcoming.The gamjatang itself was delicious, but lacked the extra kick I usually get from my favorite spot in Ktown. It seemed to be missing a touch of hot & flavor of something something... Tasted too much...
It's perfect for a glass of soju at home in the evening.

We ordered the spicy braised short ribs, seafood onion pancake and beef soup. The spicy braised short ribs is so flavorful, it comes with radish and rice cake. The beef soup reminds you in Korea, no MSG! And the seafood onion pancake is huge, good to share. Their banchan also changes everyday!
