Don’t waste your money just go to Panini Kabob Grill for less and better quality

We have ordered from this location on a few occasions but will need to find a different one. Almost always "out" of something from our order, food ordered online is not prepared until you show up, windows haven't been cleaned in years and makes place look abandoned, and sofa fountains have long since been neglected and are dirty. Food quality has decreased over time and does not justify the high costs when there are other rib joint options out there.

We got there at 7pm and they closed at 9. When we got there all the tables and chairs were put away. It was super dark and there was no one inside. The doors were open so when we got there someone finally came out and they were literally in slippers. We had a gift card so had to just use it. The girl helping us was probably the only good thing cuz she was helpful and nice but it felt so uncomfortable and there was an 8yr old kid just running around just playing with the soda machine. You can tell he was with the workers. As soon we got our food we were gone. The food itself was not good either. Nothing had any real flavor. It was so bland and dry. Honestly never going back to this location. It was so bad!

This is the worst bbq that I have had in my life. I will never visit here again. The bbq chopped brisket sandwiches are unseasoned, the texture is off and super small. Is it real meat, who knows? Mac n cheese tasted like a mushy kraft mac n cheese. Very bland! Fries were seasoned well but soggy. I ordered extra fries and got less than half a bag full. The mashed potatoes needed to be seasoned. The store needs a deep cleaning it looks and smells gross. I ordered online so I didn't know the condition of the restaurant till I walked in. My order took forever to prepare, they were barely making it when went to the cashier and asked. Also nothing was cooked freshed. Everything was lackluster I wouldn't recommend. Go to knotts berry farm they have better bbq that won't make you sick. P.s. My boyfriend said He hated the food. He didn't even swallow it. We threw the food away. The bbq sauce was the best thing about this place.

How does this place stay in business??? I order on line, When i arrived at the restaurant there was a gentleman sitting down behind the counter eating ice cream and said I’m not on the clock. The other guy is gonna take care of it. Whoever was in the back doingI don’t know what He was doing but only came out to blow his nose right in front of me, the first gentleman, finally got up to prepare my sandwich. Never saw him wash his hands. thank God, he put some gloves on the place is filthy And everything is worn out, This used to be a good place. Update food was good lol

Food was delicious, but the dirtiness of the restaurant made me worry. The bathroom was filthy and out of everything. Everything on the drink/condiment station was empty. The place had a completely depressing vibe, very cheap furniture arranged haphazardly, and the staff could barely be bothered. I had good memories of this place with its close proximity to Knotts, but its time has long since passed. Food was also overpriced--$18 for the sandwich, a 2/3 filled container with a side, and a drink is not worth the money. Will not visit again.

I got the 3 meat plate, it took 45 minutes for us to get our to go order from the time we ordered it tell we got it. The meat was delicious, the sides were good as well, but the menu says "Texas toast" we just got a dinner roll. Also the prices are that if a sit down restaurant not a fast food place. If you are looking for something cheap and quick this is not the place for you. But the meat was delicious I suggest the spices BBQ sauce.
