The site says 9:00, the app says 9:00 - 8:45pm. I went there at 8:40 and even called and no one answered and the entire place was dark. No one was in there. Why say YOU CLOSE AT 45, - 9 WHEN YOU DO CLOSE WAY EARLIER?? I made my order and cannot get my moneys worth till the next day?? Waste of thought and gas.

I could not believe this place. All the Dickeys are closing down. I don’t know why this one is still open. The place looked abandoned and unprofessional. All they have to drink was iced tea. The rest of the machines were blocked off. They allowed me to use the employee bathroom, which had no soap and was just nasty and dirty inside. The price is on the board was not the prices that I was charged they were told that they went up on the prices last night and this morning these were the prices, but she wasn’t able to tell me what the price of anything was. She just rang it up. I paid $23.99 for a two meat plate but it set up on the marquee $20.49. With tax I paid $26.24. This is a real disappointment being that food is so expensive now.

I was thirsty and asked for a water they gave me a small cup and the water sprayed on me because the cap was removed. I they fixed it and next there was black things in my water. She ended up giving me a plastic water bottle and we wondered why nobody was there at a dinner time

This location has the absolute worst BBQ and side dishes that I have ever had. I feel it is important to note that I have always enjoyed the food at Dickey's and typically rate their Mac & Cheese as one of the best. So I was surprised to find out this location is nothing like the others. Every aspect of my visit was poor from start to finish. I was never greeted by any employees, the location looks like it's been shut down, they had an ice cream machine but it was turned off, didn't have any cups for water, did not have any BBQ sauce that I could get myself, and that was just the first 2 minutes. Never saw either of the two employees smile or act like they enjoyed their job or wanted to be there. Zero positive interaction of any kind from the staff. Not even a simple Hi, or Thanks for coming.... And I haven't even mentioned how awful the food was. The majority of the food was thrown in the trash because it was not edible. Everything was way overcooked to the point that everything was dry. The ribs were so overcooked that they were hard like bad beef jerky. The Mac & Cheese had zero creaminess or cheese sauce. It looked and tasted like it was made several days before and reheated. The sausage was cold before I even walked back to my car. The pulled pork didn't come with sauce like it should have. The okra was cold and greasy. I don't see how any reasonable person would be ok with giving food of this quality out to customers.

This place is going under. My order was missing half the items. They had no beverages besides fruit punch. The two workers couldn’t care less the girl lied to me about getting a refund for the drink. Don’t come here

Food was cold. Ribs, brisket, and chicken were extremely dry. Tasted like jerky. Fries were unseasoned and the BBQ beans were just regular beans with no sauce or flavor whatsoever. Served Hawaiian rolls instead of “Texas toast” as called on menu. Overall disappointing and underwhelming meal.

The XL Pack doesn’t worth $114.00 very small portions of bbq Brisket, Chicken and Jalapeño kielbasa the sides are “OK” size the Bread was soggy
You get like: a lil piece of beef chopped, 2 chicken breast chopped and 3 kielbasa chopped
The sides are small medium size
Don’t waste your money just go to Panini Kabob Grill for less and better quality
The picture shows the XL pack inside of medium microwave
We didn’t even eat the food we try to cocked more it in the microwave and got worst

We have ordered from this location on a few occasions but will need to find a different one. Almost always "out" of something from our order, food ordered online is not prepared until you show up, windows haven't been cleaned in years and makes place look abandoned, and sofa fountains have long since been neglected and are dirty. Food quality has decreased over time and does not justify the high costs when there are other rib joint options out there.

We got there at 7pm and they closed at 9. When we got there all the tables and chairs were put away. It was super dark and there was no one inside. The doors were open so when we got there someone finally came out and they were literally in slippers. We had a gift card so had to just use it. The girl helping us was probably the only good thing cuz she was helpful and nice but it felt so uncomfortable and there was an 8yr old kid just running around just playing with the soda machine. You can tell he was with the workers. As soon we got our food we were gone. The food itself was not good either. Nothing had any real flavor. It was so bland and dry. Honestly never going back to this location. It was so bad!
