I used to love the curly fries you would get with your order they were amazing. The apple wood bbq was amazing and is not available anymore. I ordered last night and the fries are cold and the wings are just average at best. Looks like it is time for a new wing place :(

We ordered last night and not only were we shorted wings but the taste was awful. We’re so used to having a good experience at Chili’s, the restaurant these guys work out of we thought the taste would be okay. We were so wrong. We got Buffalo and Garlic Parmesan, and the taste was so off. Not totally inedible, but we had ordered saucy nuggets at Wendy’s last week and those were better taste wise for the sauces in comparison. Disappointed and wouldn’t try again.

Price is good wings are really big undercooked their sauces suck and don't stick to the wings whatsoever. I've tried them multiple times and it's always the same watery soggy chicken wings

Im a usual customer and I’ve been realizing the quality of the wings have been dropping over the past few months but never would I thought it would get this bad, the wings i just ordered were horribly made looks like dog food literally just from the sight of it i wont even eat that garbage …. You guys have lost a loyal customer

ordered a 32 piece and were not disappointed! got Nashville hot and santa fe. Nashville wasn't very hot but still tasty. wings were great size and cooked perfectly. so juicy. fries also good. just needed a tad more seasoning. 8 out of 10 will order again!

After a long day of traveling recently, we stopped at Chili's in Buena Park for a later dinner. Chili's a solid choice in MN where we live, so it's always been a favorite, and we knew we could count on it. Unfortunately we were wrong about this one. Our drinks were fantastic, but that's where the good stuff ends. Our server was okay, and fairly attentive, but the food was atrocious. We started with the fried mozzarella, which was not great, but edible. We decided to share the Smokehouse Combo dinner, and it was the absolute worst. The chicken crispers were dried out and consisted of mostly breading, so we didn't finish them. The quesadilla was soggy and covered in grease from the melted cheese, so we couldn't eat more than a piece of that either. The french fries were also soggy and inedible, so we left those behind. The corn tasted and felt like it had been boiled for days - it was somehow completely mushy, but tough at the same time, and had no flavor at all, which was shocking given the stuff loaded on top of it. The piece of garlic toast was so small it would have been about two bites worth if we could have eaten it, which we did not because - you guessed it - it was soggy. For nearly $25, the meal was disgusting and disappointing. I hope this isn't the norm for this location, but it left us pretty angry paying the $60+ price tag for a couple decent drinks and a few bites of mozzarella cheese. I don't know if Chili's in general has begun lacking in quality and this is just the way it is now, or if this was a fluke. Hopefully the latter.

You are basically ordering wings from chili's yet under a different name. The wings are ok, but there is nothing to brag about. Just horrible! You could barely eat the wings. Overcooked and very tough. No flavor at all. The fries were like the bottom of the bag because they were in pieces. The food wasn't even hot. No!!!!

Just ordered wings for the Super Bowl..First time trying this place…in Boynton Beach,FL. Garlic Parmesan and Mild….we ate 2 wings a piece and that was it…worst wings we’ve ever had. Right in the garbage. If all you serve is wings,I don’t know how you stay in business.
