Stopped by here after a long and hot day at Universal Studios for my family and I. I put in a mobile order for the drive through. There were about three cars ahead of us by the staff moved through them with proper effort. When we got to the window it took maybe one whole minute to get our food. That is excellent. The food was fresh, properly made and the order correct. The people working March 26 2026 around 830 pm are truly good at their jobs. A+ experience.“

“Update 07/2025: My second visit to test consistency. Friendliness needs to be improved somewhat but the quality, speed and cleanliness is consistently good. The Manager is fast and efficient. She can work on friendly customer service if she so desires. She keeps the inside and outside facilities very clean with her Crew.
This place is efficient and very fast. But when u order at the counter, they charge you higher price than what's shown in the app so I recommend using the app. However, the app doesn't show some of the in-store specials. In that case, order separately via app and in-store. I didn't know they could charge a different price from the register. They will do that if u get an in-store special and to compensate for that, they charge you higher price on the side such as hash brown. That's how they try to improve profit margin, I think. In the end, total price comes out to be similar to a combo price so it wasn't worth returning to the store to dispute.“
