Good food and fun games

I don’t know if the good reviews are because of fond memories, but this place is in desperate need of video game maintenance, deep cleaning and hygiene care. I got sick from this place. My family and I had an okay time. The mini bowling alley was fun. However, the fact that some of the games (including the bowling alley, because it crashed out on us) are broken or are starting to break, it’s not a very attractive place especially for the price. And to add insult to injury, the food is NOT good. It’s gross.

Pretty fun

Saturday July 5th 2025.
There was a well spoken heavy set (not too heavy) African American lady that helped us at the bar. Before being helped nobody was there to attend anyone with the drinks and employees just passed by without a concern nor offered assistance. I had to stop an employee that clearly saw me waiting at the bar and I had to ask her if someone could help us. Someone came 10 minutes later. That someone was next to us the whole time by the soda machines so she saw me waiting there the whole time as well. When she finally decided to come. We asked for Modelos and she gave us Michelobs instead. We can tell the difference but to avoid an argument and having a bad time we let it go but next time will let it be known. I believe her to be the manager or supervisor because she was the only one with a different uniform and was all over the place. She also came to confirm a few things for the birthday party rental room. She was polite but couldn’t help but to notice her passive aggressiveness.

Good pasta

A lot has change from years back, there are leas selections available, but food is good and all the arcade games with points for prices at the end.

We recently visited this location. This was not my first time but probably my last. I was excited for the food! When I picked up a plate to serve myself, I noticed the plates were dirty from the bottom. I put it to the side and picked up another and mostly all plates had food stuck on the bottom of the plate. They were definitely not washed properly. Then it was time to pick my drink. The Icee machine was a mess! and when I took a sip, I can tell the machine has not been thoroughly cleaned in God knows how long. The drink itself tasted like mildew! I wish I was lying but I'm not. The whole drink station was sticky, drinks spilled everywhere. When it was time for dessert, both ice cream machines where full of ice cream that was dropped by costumers. I wonder when was the last time those machines were cleaned thoroughly as well?

Kids had so much fun and the indoor rides like bumper cars made it fun

It seems to be following the trend of the mall it is in with a lot of the games being out of service, eating credits, and or not working right. The buffet is as to be expected would be nice if the food had been hot held better because the utensils should not be hotter than the chicken nuggets. Also whoever was bussing table seemed to only grab the plates and not empty drink cups because the lodge dining room had not a single clean table with them all having used cups left on the table. Overall I would say its was not a disappointment but also not satisfactory.

The salad bar was bare, I stood in line for a slice of cheese pizza for my child and 4 staff walked by and ignored me from inside the area where they were baking pizza.. the cheese pizza was on the counter ready to be out.. the ice cream machine was very messy and didn't work properly.. the chips for the nachos were all broken into pieces.. I tried giving them the benefit of the doubt before I left an hour and a half later I rechecked the area and everything still looked the same. Honestly I am very shocked they're usually pretty good about having everything look nice

Good food and fun activities

So fun we loved it and the pizza and the other foods was so good arcade had a long wait time but it was worth the money and the time.
