John's Incredible Pizza

Went here with my family and was pleasantly surprised with the quality and flavor of the food as well as my experience at the arcade. Affordable prices and great food selection, I highly recommend.

We all had fun especially the kids. Manager Kay was extremely helpful when one of the machines malfunctioned. As a matter of fact she was very helpful with other customers in front of me. I recommend to come when manager Kay is around 😊 The pizza is good and made fresh when asked for.

John's Incredible Pizza is KID centered, the buffet and pizza does not cater to adults as it is all basic and average taste. That said, our group really enjoyed it. This location is huge, therefore, no shortage of games, arcades and rides for kids to enjoy. I cannot get over how wonderful the service was. All of the employees were attentive and super helpful. Huge shout out to Ashley who was SO kind and patient with our group. There is nothing I appreciate more than excellent service - it trumps food, location, cost and activities. I've visited fancier establishments and various hotels where service was SUBPAR! Not here, the people who work here are trained to provide an experience and they are spot on! Considering another event for my son!

I had promised myself I wouldn't go back to this place. My grandkids love pizza and get exited about games.
They did it again. They run out popular items. It takes between 15 to 30 minutes to have items available. They are out of lots of items: poor management. Horrible customer service. I know I won't go back not even for my grandkids. Not worth paying for a buffet that runs out of many items at a time! I hope you have a better experience if you decide to try it.

This place is absolutely disgusting. We went in one of the themed places to eat and not a single person was sitting at a table but every single table was filthy. Don’t recommend coming here. The food and drinks have been sitting here for HOURS.

Kids love it

This place is decent but fun, went few years ago. This place has a bit better food options than the one in Carson. Hope they have more food options as I usually go with friends as pizza, nuggets and pasta isn't always appetizing for kids, teens or adults.

It's really sad to return to this place, which was one of my favorite places, half of the salad bar is closed and the other half is empty, the same with the pizzas, totally disappointed.

Very dirty and messy! The staff will literally leave their spots unattended. We waited for someone to help us at the prize area for 20 minutes! Like this is a place where kids can play and kind of unwind and to make their little antsy selves just wait was ridiculous. I asked to speak to the manager and she never came so we just left. I will never ever come here again!

My family and I just experienced the worst experience we have ever had from John’s incredibles pizza I am 38 weeks pregnant and want to bring my son and daughter and husband to play unfortunately to health issues I am unable to eat the food so I just wanted to spend time with my kids and watch them play and enjoy there time one last time before giving birth and I kindly ask your staff if it was ok to chaperone my kids with my husband and they were extremely rude and it took about four people to come tell me no rudely and they watched me and my family purchased my husband and my kids tickets and made sure that I did not enter the premises which made my family feel very uncomfortable now I am sitting outside 38 weeks pregnant all alone without my family because of the rude customer service we experienced today

Dirty , empty no food ice cream machine is super dirty just all bad experience & my stomach hurts from all the food

Not well kept and no option to game without eating at the buffet.

Waste of money. Pizza is cold, and hardly any options of food. The garlic/cheese bread, whatever it was, it was so hard/dry you're likely to break a tooth. The dining area, filthy. The coffee area, filthy; no coffee and dirty/clean cups all over the place. We ate one plate and could not continue.

This place is disgusting!!! Food is horrible floor is extremely dirty half of the games are broken. NEVER AGAIN!! Not worth it at all!! Take your money somewhere else!!
