La Huasteca offers a unique dining experience with a pleasant ambience and friendly staff. The restaurant is located on the top floor, with a well-designed layout that maximizes seating without feeling cramped. The chips were crisp and the salsa had just the right amount of heat. The guacamole was fresh and expertly made, though some felt it needed a little more salt. The carnitas and shrimp burritos were flavorful, with the wet option adding extra taste. Despite a small mistake with the shrimp burrito, the staff quickly corrected it and provided excellent customer service. The food, especially the grilled seafood avocado and mahi mahi, was delicious. Overall, a great dining experience with plans to return. Kids menu available. Parking is in a nearby parking structure.
