I placed my order on mobile first, arrived at the restaurant and tried to pick up via drive thru. The speaker told me to wait in window 2, so even if I waited for 10 minutes, nobody said anything. When I shouted loudly, one came out, asked for an order, and went back in. And a few minutes later another employee came and asked why I was there, and he told me to change my order to instore, not drive thru. He didn't even explain why.
