This location is very clean and well managed. Service is a bit on the slow side. But the food is consistently good on quality. The restaurant has undergone renovation not too long ago so its pleasant to eat inside the facility.

It was Tuesday July 22nd at around 6 pm and I was getting dinner for our family. I ordered a BigMac, Filet-O-Fish, 2 Chicken Sandwiches, and a Large French fries. The cost was $21.45. The lady at the first window ask me if I wanted a receipt and I said yes just in case there was a mistake in the order. When I drove up to the second window the girl read off the order to me and I said that was correct. She handed me the bag and I left and drove about a block and looked to see if everything was in the bag that I ordered. The 2 chicken sandwiches were not. I drove back and walked inside and explained to them the issue. The girl who gave me the order at the drive through window told the Mgr that she put them in the bag. The Mgr. was very rude. I told them that I wouldn't have come back if everything was in the bag. Also, the French fries were not hot and the Mgr. was refusing to replace them. I said to them that I wanted my money back and they didn't offering to give me my money back. They immediately rushed to fix the order. The girl finally put the 2 chicken sandwiches in a separate a bag and gave me another bag of French fries which were still not very for hot. When I got home, we had to re-heat all the food. I live just a few miles from there and will never go back to this McDonald's on the corner of Artesia Blvd. and Beach Blvd. In Buena Park, again. My fiance asked me where I went and she told me, she also had received very poor service at that location in Buena Park before too.

I had some trouble picking up my mobile order at this location today (February 8th) around 1:30 PM, and I was a bit confused about the process. A staff member wearing a brown shirt (possibly a manager) was extremely helpful and made sure I got my order smoothly. I really appreciate his kindness and patience! I didn’t catch his name, but I just wanted to say thank you for the great service.

I ordered yesterday two sandwiches but 1 and get the second for $1 wow really disgusting the burger was frozen literally at MC food to not be hat is a junk good to put in garage and this what I did!! Keep in main some workers are ciding use by Selling what should be trowed in the garage I will rapport this location personally!
They allway missing something and whent you get home some one the family get mad becuose the order no complete

When I complained about Issac rudeness, he didn't hesitate to tell me not to come to our establishment. I think it's prejudice against Asians, and I felt very bad. I came out after eating. Today, ten people were locked in, and everyone felt rude.

Ordered through app for curb side. App wasnt working properly so I went to drice thru to get food. They told me wait at curb side #3 because food was not ready. (Its already been 30minutes since i ordered just one item) I waited another 20minutes, nobody came. I called to confirm if anyone is bring it outside, they said will bring it right away. Guess what. Im still waiting here another 10 minutes. Im in my pajama. I cant even go out.... This place is BAD!!!!!!!!!!

If I could, I would give this McDonald's zero stars. The service is terrible, my orders are consistently incorrect, and the wait times are long. I recommend driving a bit further to a different McDonald's location
