I used to go here as a child, when clearly my food palette wasn’t developed because I thought it was the best thing on earth. I still love this place mainly because of nostalgia reasons but it could use some McCormick seasoning on their chicken. Biscuits never go wrong!
After our enjoyable trip to the nearby theme park Six Flags, my family and I decided to treat ourselves to a chicken dinner at this restaurant.
As soon as we stepped into the restaurant, we were warmly greeted by Allison at the front desk. She informed us that we could expect a wait of about 25 minutes. For about 23, we sat in a cozy waiting area must past the reception. Our server, Martyn, a friendly older gentleman, promptly offered us waters.

It pains me to write this but our visit was bad. The food was cold, the server was in charge of too many tables and most then were neglected. It took forever to get our drink order taken, had to go ask to have our food order taken. We're told they can only give 2 small cups of boysenberry jam with biscuits. Mashed potatoes were small portion and cold, corn was cold, salad was lack luster. Paid for boysenberry punch $6.99 was only asked 1x if we wanted refills then was...
