their bingsoos aren’t good, mangos aren’t fresh. They are frozen. It’s like if you go to Costco to buy a bag of frozen mango and eat it straight out of the bag. As someone that loves frozen sweets I couldn’t even finish it w my bf. If you want god mango bingsoo go Mandro Teahouse in the Bay Area during mango season. It doesn’t disappoint.
The place is clean, medium size and well lit. I was having some sweet cravings and so I came in for some taiyaki (custard, Nutella, red bean filling) and taro milk Tea with boba. Taiyaki tasted good but their Taro milk tea was just alright (I had better). It tasted watery, bland and the boba was slightly overcooked. Service was just okay. You could tell they're tired and ready to go (must be a long day). Overall experience: it's alright.
