The performers were great. The food and service was sub par. The “extras” you get for the packages were not at all worth the extra cost. The seats (1st-2nd row) were def worth the extra cost. You pay all of this money, but then need to pay for parking and anything other than water? Overall, we would come back if the kids really wanted to. I just hope we have better service. If it was between this and Medieval Times, I would choose MT.
The food was mediocre but not bad. The service was good once they got to you. The drinks are very reasonably priced. The merch/souvenirs are actually insane pricing. Like a small magnet was more than a cocktail in a souvenir glass.
The purchasing of souvenirs and of the pictures is set up as if they don’t actually want you to buy anything. The lines are long with unclear purchase areas. Also nothing has a price on it which makes it hard to buy anything.

We traveled from NY to celebrate my birthday with my granddaughter! We purchased the VIP package and came in costume in hopes of my 7year old being invited to interact, since that’s how the experience is billed! Well first thing I noticed was there was no other black families there! It dint bother us as that’s often the case and we get along with ALL people. However it was as if we weren’t there!
