Both of my items were missing their peppers but everything was fresh and warm when it was time to eat. I’d return whenever I’m back in town. It’s not better than the original Portillo’s back in Chicago though!!!

Just went through the drive thru but always great food.
I got a couple chili cheese dogs and they were good but not much better than wienerschnitzel. Open tables close together not much privacy when you eat. Haven't tried the other food. Maybe the burgers are better, idk.

This place was on my bucket list because it’s been so hyped up in the media. If youre from California you might not like this unless you have no melanin. This place tastes like I could make everything at home and I get there’s a certain specialty to this place BUTTT there’s so many more yummy local spots that have spoiled us with their insanely yummy foods. Hard pass but the customer service was INCREDIBLE!
