Tao Tsukemen Ramen is hands down one of the best ramen experiences I’ve had! The broth was rich and flavorful, perfectly complementing the chewy noodles. The tsukemen style is unique, and the dipping sauce was absolutely delicious with just the right balance of savory and umami. Wife had the spicy miso which was amazing. Kids meal was perfect for child. Gyoza was not special but good. I had the chicken paitan - was hoping for a more substantial broth - it was more clean, without viscosity, possibly slightly under seasoned. Overall good and go early. Unfortunately too many panhandlers around bothering patrons.
If you’re looking for a great ramen experience in OC, this is it right here. I had a good variety of ramen and this place is probably the best ramen I have so far. Everything was just perfect. The waitress and staff are very friendly. Place is small so there’s not a lot of seating but trust me, it’s worth the wait.
