Very clean and cordial place. My daughter always enjoys ordering the banana matcha when we come here to visit. We always come to Knott's Berry farm and come here afterwards it is a great environment place is very clean bathrooms are very clean and the little bar where you can sit and enjoy and log on your computer and just relax to great atmosphere. Enjoy it and we'll keep coming
Really don’t understand the low reviews here. It’s super spacious as others have mentioned, providing a ton of space for different groups of people to hang out without it feeling overwhelmingly crowded. There were people just meeting up to chat, others (like me and my husband) with their laptops working or studying - there are plenty of booths that have outlets), people playing board games, and families having meals together.

I’m not completely sold on this place. I’ve been here several times, including during the soft opening when drinks were advertised as “half off.”
My usual drink is a hot Americano, and it’s always good. I also recommend the banana cake. The ordering setup is confusing, with drinks and pastries on opposite sides, although the kiosks make ordering more convenient.

Seed and Water Bakery Cafe Bar is a spacious and beautifully designed cafe located on the third floor of The Source OC. With about 4 large booths and many smaller tables, plus couch-like seating, the cafe offers a variety of seating options. The interior has a colorful and retro feel, creating a pleasant atmosphere.
The ordering process is unique - customers walk up to the counter to choose from the fresh-baked pastries and desserts, then request their drink, which is brought to them at the pick-up bar when ready. The menu includes items like a delicious ham and cheese croissant, as well as a strawberry matcha drink that was well-made with the perfect balance of sweetness.
While the cafe can get quite busy, especially during a recent half-price promotion, the weekday mornings tend to be quieter, making it a good work or study spot. The cafe does not currently offer public Wi-Fi, but plans to add it soon.
The bakery offers a variety of Korean-style breads, cakes, and coffee drinks. Customer reviews mention enjoying the Dalgona coffee, matcha einspanner, and peach iced tea.
