Absurd behavior from baristas on drive thru window

Today, I ordered coffee again, but the person who ordered it in front of me had a very rude attitude, so I will use a different Starbucks from now on. And I ordered a large one, but they didn't hear me, so they gave me a small one.

It’s been multiple occasions in where they forget to add MILK to my frappe. It just looks like shaved ice with syrup. They work at a very slow pace, even when full of customers. Need to be re trained.

There's no where else safe to be for this storm. Have to go back to the bridges in long beach. This is cruelty being forced to sleep with other homeless people all the time.

This facility allowed a homeless lady to come in and harass the PAYING customers. This lady was inside demanding men to pay for her coffee. I witnessed several men say no and one particular man kept telling the lady to leave him alone while he was waiting in line. This went on for about 10-15 mins with this lady. When that man reached the cashier, he was asked by an EMPLOYEE if everything was ok, since she had been SEEING the interaction between this woman and others. He explained to the employee the situation and the employee just said “oh” not in a concerning way, not in a way where she was going to take action regarding this transient. She just shrugged it off. It wasn’t until this lady stated “if no one is going to help me out, I’m going to ruin everyone’s day” then proceeds to put her FINGERS in the drinks that were on the counter ready for the PAYING CUSTOMERS to pick up!!!! THAT was when the employee said no you can’t do that and then stated she would call the police. NOT ONCE DID THEY KICK THIS LADY OUT! This lady exited on her own free will! This is absolutely disgusting behavior from the employees as they saw this lady being a nuisance to their customers and still allowed her to harass the customers to the point where she decided to violate orders made. This could have been avoided if the employee would have kicked this lady out when they were informed about it. ONE OF THOSE DRINKS WERE MINE!!!!!

I don't usually write reviews because most Starbucks staff are friendly and accommodating. But something was off today at this place because the girl who took my order gave me an attitude about my green tea questions (it was 2, and they were follow ups). Then the guy who gave me my drink was equally unpleasant. Hope they have a better day tomorrow.

I ASKED TO USED THERE RESTROOM 🚻 AND WAS TOLD I NEED TO PURCHASE SOMETHING TO USE THE RESTROOM IF YOUR GOING TO DO THAT AT LEAST HAVE THEM CLEAN MR ADAM AND CAHSIER STORE WAS NOT BUSY AND SHOUOD BE CLEAN RESTROOM MY FRIEND BOUGHT A $32 DOLLAR CUP WONT DO BUSSINES HERE STAY AWAY

This is my Starbucks. Closest to my house. Not mine only, I share with lots of others!😉💗Cold Coffee is my favorite. Coffee coffee ☕☕☕☕ Employees always greet,and are friendly, helpful, and professional. It always appears pretty clean and always great coffee.!!! ☕😊

What is up with the drinks here? Milk tastes funky and old. Got my drink remade expecting the milk will be different and it ended up being the same milk despite me saying its bad. Dont recommend this location, clearly listening to customers needs is nonexistent to them.
