This is my Starbucks. Closest to my house. Not mine only, I share with lots of others!😉💗Cold Coffee is my favorite. Coffee coffee ☕☕☕☕ Employees always greet, and are friendly, helpful, and professional. It always appears pretty clean and always great coffee.!!! ☕😊

What is up with the drinks here? Milk tastes funky and old. Got my drink remade expecting the milk will be different and it ended up being the same milk despite me saying its bad. Dont recommend this location, clearly listening to customers needs is nonexistent to them.

Very unhappy with the service provided at this Starbucks.

You would think a store that is known for a studying atmosphere would have charging ports in their store. I understand that homelessness is a problem in the area and that might be why they have made studying there very inaccessible.

The thing is, they still had the charging bank symbol on the table inside. When I went up to the front to ask, they said that they don’t allow charging at all.

I spent $3.75 for that service along with my drink, and now have to find somewhere else to study. Would not recommend.

This Starbucks is close to where I live. But I still go out of my way to another Starbucks or to their competitor Coffee Bean. Because they serve watered down drinks when they should be ice blended. Today I had to ask for them to redo my drink. While waiting I noticed how filthy the inside is. The backsplash doesn’t look like it’s ever been wiped down the floor doesn’t look like it’s ever been mopped and they just spill on the counters without taking the time to clean up. Thought I’d make a post add pictures and I will report it to Starbucks. Hopefully they care enough to get somebody to manage the place better and workers to care about what they’re serving.

I usually visit other Starbucks locations, and they always fill my Strawberry Açaí Lemonade to the top. However, at this location, my drink wasn’t even half full, which was quite disappointing. When I raised a complaint, I was told that it’s their policy, but I’ve never had this experience at other locations. There seems to be inconsistency in drink portions, and I believe the customer service could also be improved. As a regular customer, I found this quite frustrating.

First, I want to preface that the staff are wonderful, and their service was top notch. My gripe is that a cafe, especially one as popular as Starbucks, in a location across the street from a COLLEGE CAMPUS, and down the block from multiple HIGH SCHOOLS decided to cover up or disable ALL THE OUTLETS accessible to the customers. Students expect to be able to hang out, study, and do homework while they drink their coffee, tea, or frappe. This feels like a slap in the face to this location's main demographic of customer. Again, I don't blame the store staff, and they did seem to feel bad about it when they told me; I lay responsibility for this decision on upper management.
