The Kickin' Crab

Today I decided that this will be our last time to eat at kicking crab. Very unwelcoming person “Sandra” who is a in training shift leader denied to sit us, 5 Adults after waiting for 45 min because our son a 14 yrs boy was at restroom. She gave our table to someone because she claims that’s the corporate policy. I asked to speak to the manager and she lied that she is the store manager, wowww I’m not happy about the attitude, the lies and unprofessionalism we got treated

Food is outstanding! Clam chowder is hearty. KC Trout is excellently seasoned, hot and delicious!!! Service is warm and kind. 31 stars out of 5 ?? For casual dining, it's decent and definitely clean. Great staff!

Alaska crab is better and cheaper it's very flavorful and they have daily specials you can choose any day it doesn't have to be that specific day

I have tried about 15 different Cajun restaurants.

This one is definitely one of the top ones.

The sauce is a little on the oily side.

Also would have loved to be able to watch the Dodger playoff game. They said they didn’t have the channel FS1.

Overall good experience. Will be returning if I am in the area

Kickin' Style Sauce Is perfect!
This sauce make magic for every food.(for crabs, clams, shrimps, corns etc.)
Dip everything into the Kickin' sauce.
I think this sauce become rice too.

Good service and good food.

I have a family of 5 and the kickin combo #2 was 100 dollars and could feed my whole family. Highly recommend the shrimp with kickin style seasoning and medium spice

Outstanding food!!!

Awesome place for Cajun seafood craving. Had a family dinner outing and we had a decent time. Food was delicious - we had king crabs, fish and chips, raw oysters, edamame, sides of rice.

Atmosphere was nice. One area of opportunity was service. Initially we were seated and our order was taken promptly. After first round of food was delivered, the attention seemed to drop off. I had to call for soda refills and second round of food ordering. No follow ups during the meal.

Overall good experience, and we might give it another shot.

Super disappointed in the fact that they stop sitting people at 8:45pm 9pm when they close at 10pm. It’s deceiving to have your hours of closing at showing 10pm!
