Ramen's the thing on a cool Southern California winter night, isn't it? It's hard to go wrong with the Black Tonkotsu Ramen, should you feel the need.

Lovely pork broth, enhanced with black garlic oil. Thin, curly noodles done just so. Bamboo shoots, mushrooms, and a sprinkle of green onions. Interestingly enough, I don't typically eat green onions unless they're in ramen. The pork is flavorful and tender, though not melt in your mouth...

Pretty good ramen, good portion size for the price and pretty fast service as well. Only issues was that 1. Even though they had a booth and bar stools open me and my friend had to wait 20 min for a two seat table to open up and 2. The server was kind of rushing us to order and pay the bill even though by the time we sat down they were slowing down for the night (multiple open tables and 2 hours till closing). So we felt a little rushed like they wanted us in and out asap
