I can't recall having sullungtang this bad. You really shouldn't call this sullungtang. There's no broth, it's hot water with meat slices mixed. Disappointed ?

Always great prompt service. This place has the clear broth beef soup which I like. Green oniions are all you can eat. They serve one of the best Kimchi that goes great with the Sul Long Tang.

Food was really good and I recommend you to go here if you like Korean food.
Pros: -Galbi tang was pretty good. Came with 3 huge ribs of meat. Tasted pretty good with the dipping sauce -Unlimited rice, which was good. Two of the kids both wanted two bowls of rice. They were hungry after a long day at Knotts. -Close to Knotts. Nice hot food if its a cold night -Service was pretty good -They gave us both hot and cold pitchers of corn tea, and a pitcher of ice water -My husband was all about the kettle filled with kkakdugi juice -Biggest thing of green onion I've ever seen Cons: -kkakdugi wasn't the best. Wish they had some additional banchan -sulungtang was on the small side for the price. We ordered 4 sulungtang, all with "mixed" beef, but each bowl seemed to have its own cut, rather than each one being mixed. My daughter got almost all flank, and I got almost all pieces next to the bone. -I think thet accidentally turned the lights off while my daughter was in the restroom, lol

Came here on the Monday after New Years as most restaurants were closed for the holidays and Young Dong was still open. The waitress brought over our warm barley teas right after we sat down. It was perfect for the cold weather. Loved how the menu was short and simple and straight to the point. I was extremely excited to see that gomtang was on the menu because I don't really see restaurants that make and sell gomtang. The broth was very clean and delicious as well. Their kimchi's were very good. The seasoning was perfect and it was perfectly fermented as well. Their jjangachi (pickled veggie) sauce was mixed with some gyeoja (korean hot mustard) and it added the perfect kick to dip the meat from your soup. Definitely will come back again soon!

Ordered a brisket sullongtang to go for the first time at this location. The portion was very small especially for the price which was about $17...I get inflation but this was a bit shocking! The noddles they also provided were cold and seemed like it was refrigerated from yesterday. The kimchi was in the same small container as the radish kimchi whereas at other places they give them separatey. I will be going to other locations for sullongtang in the future.

Milk of Dong is a very popular drink, promotes big dong energy. Freshly milked each day by dong masters from China. Drink responsibly, too much dong milk can lead to impulsive behavior.

Best seolleontang in the area! The soup came out piping hot and super delicious they give you the option of salting it and adding an extra spices as well as pepper the server was super cute and super nice she also gave us green onions to put into the soup I got the beef brisket soup and the kimchi was super flavorful as well it comes with noodles and rice I didn't eat much of the rice but the noodles are superb I would recommend this to anyone in the area
