Awesome experience! Great service, wonderful salsa- perfectly spicy. Food was delicious and arrived faster than I could believe. Big portions. Huge Michelada, well balanced. Very attentive amd friendly service and a very clean establishment. I look forward to returning.

I used to come to this place because the food is above average, nothing extraordinary, but always flavorful and comforting. I’ve tried several dishes over time, including the caldo de camarón, menudo, and the carne asada plate, and they’ve all been consistently good. The portions are fair, the seasoning is on point, and the kitchen clearly puts effort into their dishes. However, the service has become a major downside. Very interesting place. Diner-style Mexican joint. I grabbed a prawn burrito, and it was humongous. Although maybe not my favourite combination, as it turned out.
Washed it down with Modelo Negra, which is my favourite beer when I am visiting LA. This time though the waitress Lorena brought it with a lime, which I have never seen before (!). And it works amazingly well! I ordered a 2nd bottle, and it's still on the table. Gonna enjoy it (!) when I'm done with...
