I did diet-go for 4 weeks. The food was ok, but the primary reason I canceled was their delivery. It was horrible. half of my deliveries were not Delivered Any where close to my door. One reason I ordered a delivery service was, I have an injury and I can’t lift anything heavy or Walk up stairs without help! So, having to go on a scavenger hunt for my food, in the heat, to find a heavy box is ridiculous!I had one delivery thrown in a random bush area on the side of my building. ( essentially out by the street)I waited all day for one delivery and it came after 10 p.m. I had already gone to bed. ( delivery cut off is 8 p.m.)another delivery was set down at one of the 4 apartment mailbox locations, no where near my apartment.If I am paying $200.00 a week for food delivery, I expect the delivery to not be thrown in the bushes, and to be brought to my door. ( seems like a reasonable request) I called customer service every time it happened and it was never corrected. Do better diet to go!

I'm very upset with diet to go I only ordered one week of food just to try it and they continue to charge me $200 every week when I didn't even order the food but they don't tell you that in small letters at the very bottom of their statement it says this is a reoccurring charge but of course it's in tiny little letters where you can't even see it this company won't refund my money they won't give me my money back I can't even send my food back or anything don't order them
