We ordered from the catering menu for a recent family gathering and we could not be more pleased. I don’t really go to Pollo Loco but the one time I did yesterday was well worth it. Thanks to Fatima I believe she was the supervisor who had helped me with my order. I explained to her that I’ve had bad experiences with most pollo locos in my area based on the bad customer service and little to no chicken in most of my chicken bowl salads. Fatima told me she’ll do justice and take care of my order and make sure I left a happy satisfied customer.So I ordered a Double Chicken...
