Foodsmith is a popular spot offering a casual atmosphere and attentive service. The restaurant has a bar and table area, with friendly waitstaff and good portions. Complimentary salsa and chips are a bonus, and their chips and salsa are also really good. The menu is vast, with options to suit everyone, including vegetarians. The chicken and asada quesadillas are particularly notable, with generous portions and perfectly cooked meat. The homemade mole sauce is a highlight. The red snapper is the real thing and good sized. The 7 mares soup was also good. This family-owned eatery has been serving the local community for 25 years. The atmosphere is chill, and there are a few TVs to watch sports. Their margaritas are wine based. The Aquachile was presented in a nice clam shaped bowl, filled with shrimp, octopus, cucumber, & avocado. The citrus marinade had a nice flavor, and it was extra spicy. Foodsmith's authentic Mexican cuisine makes it a popular choice.
