Usually go to the Santa Ana location. However they changed staff and my favorite waitress is no longer there. Everyone seems to have an attitude at that location so My daughters and I decided to drive a little further and Go to this Burbank location. They did not disappoint. The food was a little more tastier, especially the coleslaw, the atmosphere was normal, But... I'd like to give a Big shout out to our server Jackie or Jacky( I hope i spelled it right) but she was Awesome....

I’m originally from the city where Gus’s began, so I was excited to finally try this LA location now that I’m recovering from surgery and had some time. Unfortunately, my experience over the past two days—especially with Catalina—was really disappointing.

I placed a delivery order that cost around $50, and when the food arrived, the chicken was raw. When I called, Catalina only offered to replace one piece of chicken, which felt dismissive and completely...

This spot is a classic you can never go wrong with Gus’s fried chicken the chicken is so good and their quality is always consistent
. It is a little bit pricey compared to Popeyes/KFC but it’s worth it.
