I went to Gyu Kaku with my family for dinner, and from the moment we walked in, we felt welcomed. We were greeted with warm smiles and friendly service right at the door, which set a nice tone for the evening. We didn’t have to wait long to be seated, and our server took our drink orders as soon as we sat down. Joslyn, our waitress, was excellent. She was quick, always paying attention, and checked on us often throughout the meal. She made sure our water glasses never ran low...
We visit many times during our once a year visit to Burbank. Never disappointed. Staff is incredible!
Parking: It’s a little walk to the restaurant but there is lots of free parking in the area.

The seating is better in the Burbank location, but the overall atmosphere is a little nicer in Pasadena.
Kid-friendliness: Not really a good atmosphere for children.
Older kids will love it, but not very safe for the younger.
Wheelchair accessibility: Definitely wheelchair accessible.
