2025.06-06_1945: When they first opened, I saw there was a huge line to get in so I didn't want to try it. The first time we went a couple weeks ago, I saw that it wasn't a dine-in ice cream shop like BR and I was relieved. The line went super fast because they have four windows open and plenty of staff. I made the mistake of walking to Handel's and wanting to eat it at home so I really couldn't enjoy my Taro ice cream during my first visit. It was DELICIOUS...
Ice cream is good but the staff can be unfriendly and even have an attitude from time to time; especially when you ask to sample flavors. You have 30+ flavors on the menu and are constantly adding new ones, people are going to want to try them…
I get it, no one wants to be at work when it’s busy but that’s no reason to be rude to customers.
