“First timer. Got the Hot Honey Chicken which had deliciously cooked and seasoned chopped chicken, not too spicy, kale salad, roasted sweet potatoes and quinoa topped with almonds and seeds. It comes with a hot honey dressing which was so delicious I may try to duplicate it. The meal was packed nice in a cardboard tray with lid and it was so delicious. Everything was fresh and hot, except the kale salad, it's a cold salad. I loved every bite and I got the Rosemary focaccia bread which was very fresh and tasty. The food was so delicious, those sweet potatoes were the bomb. I can't wait to go back again and again to try other bowls. The service was excellent. They don't rush you through your order, encourage you to take your time to decide and ask questions. I loved that. Overall 5 Star experience.“

“We had such an amazing breakfast at MAD Rebel Health Kitchen in Beverly! Everything was super fresh and incredibly tasty – I started my day with a Rockstar (fresh juice) and a Lil Toast, and it was just perfect. Honestly one of the best breakfasts in the city.

“I stopped by on a whim and was blown away by the interior! I came inside looking for a quick grab and go snack but left wanting to revisit haha. This would be such a great space to work and study as well.

They have a brazilian snacks section and yummy pastries. I got the spinach and cheese croissant and a beef empanada. Very yummy

Their turmeric-orange-mango blend has been my savior - the fresh turmeric stains the bottle yellow (a good sign!). The staff noticed me sniffling last month and taught me their trick: add a pinch of black pepper to activate the curcumin. That kind of knowledge shows real care. I love watching them hand-peel every mango - none of that frozen pulp nonsense. Tastes like a vacation in each sip!“

I have an autoimmune disorder and can't eat a lot of restaurant or fast food without feeling sick but I can eat here and not get sick. I've been ordering from here about 4 years now. Noticed lately the avocado portions seem smaller unless you order extra avocado, but I know everything is more expensive these days so it's worth it to pay the extra $2.“

“One of my go-to spots for acai bowls and smoothies. The Angry Trainer bowl is one of my favorite acai bowls - it has inchi protein powder which gives it a slightly nutty flavor, a generous amount of blueberries and bananas, sweet, homemade granola, and a drizzling of honey on top. I get the large size for a filling lunch. I really like the granola, and I think the acai is well-blended and smooth.The “avo here” avocado smoothie is creamy and quite filling. I’ve also had the “capo” chocolate which had little cacao crunchies in the smoothie. It also has protein powder so there’s a slight chalky aftertaste, but it’s still good. They do have food, as they work with Roni’s Diner (right next door). The roasted vegetable bowl is quite filling and very healthy - it comes with an Italian balsamic vinaigrette, but I like putting tapatio on it to give it some extra zing. The chicken tinga bowl is also super filling, and they give a pretty generous portion of the shredded chicken.It’s a small space, and it’s best to just grab it to-go. It’s also available on grub hub/seamless. Street parking is available, there’s no free WiFi, and they do take credit cards. Overall it’s a bit pricey, but I enjoy the quality and heft of the acai bowls.“

“I often turn to sweetgreen on days when I feel I haven’t had enough vegetables or simply crave something fresh and healthy. Most of the time I go during lunch hours, and it has truly become a favorite salad spot for both my husband and me. We have enjoyed their food both in-store and through Uber Eats. On a few occasions with Uber deliveries, there were some small mistakes with missing items, but because the salads are consistently so fresh and delicious, it hasn’t stopped us from coming back again and again.

My absolute favorite is the Harvest Bowl. The balsamic dressing has the perfect balance of tanginess, and it pairs so well with the fresh vegetables. The kale has no bitterness, the apples and nuts add a nice crunch, and the sweet potatoes bring just the right touch of sweetness that complements the dressing beautifully. It is so delicious that I find myself ordering it almost every time, though I have tried other salads as well and they were also wonderful.

I also love that you can customize your order by adding or removing ingredients to suit your preference. The location itself is usually not too crowded, the interior is clean and pleasant, and there are even a few terrace seats available. sweetgreen has truly become one of my favorite salad spots, and I look forward to continuing to enjoy it for many years to come.“

“sweetgreen was super great today. Hard to appreciate a chain restaurant more, really. Fighting the good fight with great food this Silverlake location not only has an enviable rotating menu but also parking lot that even represents the best of Silverlake ala carte (if you are familiar).

This is one of the places in Los Angeles that is genuinely competitive with European level cuisine in terms of quality, freshness, and a commitment to aesthetically sound food pairings. Haven't had a bad meal here and don't expect to.

The Chicken Caprese + broccoli, chickpeas, dried onion and breadcrumbs I had today was wholesome and delicious. The fries and their house ketchup also smashed. Ditto for the green ginger drink I had.

Anyway, I don't want to belabor but if you've never been here, I could become a new favorite and if you're visiting from out of town, it's a great example of what makes Silverlake so special. It's definitely in regular rotation for me, especially if I don't have an afternoon to lounge but want a quick bougie lunch montage. Highly recommended.“
