Some of the best pancakes that I have had in a long time. I was really impressed with this diner and thought it was a great breakfast. Burbank has a lot of great and famous diners so the fact that this one sticks out in a good way really says just how good this place is. Parking is extremely easy, they have a very large free parking lot attached. Our server Alena was extremely polite and super fast with everything. Nice waiters and staff and a classic diner vibe where they don’t rush you. I ordered a tuna melt and my bread was barely toasted and it was meh. Hilight is you can have tater tots as a side. They also never came back around to offer refilling my iced tea. Wouldn’t come back for the food.

Omg the food was so good and had the authentic homemade taste! Best Chicken Pesto Sandwich! Chicken Alfredo was so creamy and fresh! Also try the Cream of Broccoli soup. Service was outstanding and decent prices!
