My wife and I came here to this Kopan Sushi and Ramen spot because we were craving some ramen noodles. We got seated within ten minutes when they weren't that busy. We started off with the spicy edamame which was good. We both order the Tonkotsu ramen and added chicken. My wife added the mushroom to her ramen bowl but didn't like the taste of the mushroom. Our waiter was slow with providing service but we still enjoy our dining experience.

This is a bigger version of the Kopan over in Glendale. They both have an amazing cultural feel inside and the smell of the wood within the facility mixed with sushi gives it a boost of ambience tied along with that classic look.
I do highly recommend this location for a great sushi experience. Alone or with friends. This is truly a 5 star sushi location.

Visited this restaurant multiple times, both for dine-in service and take out. They consistently deliver decent quality food, though the service isn’t always the best. The last few servers I’ve had did the absolute minimum and weren’t hospitable, but they got the job done. Be aware that there is a sign-in stand near the door, not at the hostess stand, and you will be skipped if you don’t fill it out. The atmosphere is fun...
