Always forgets toppings on doordash orders and doordash wont fully reimburse you.
Located in the heart of Burbank , I like pinkberry and the staff but sometimes they are out of my favorite stuff lol
First 24 dollars then I come back the next day and now its 29 dollars for 2 medium size ice cream its insane i been to several pink berry's and this place has a scam going on either the young kids working here are mad because they're tip jar is empty and the are forcibly manipulating the touch screen register to charge you for their tip.and its funny how the weight machine is turned the opposite way facing them now .its supposed to be facing the customers direction...so we can see the weight..its so obvious that they are hidding the weight machine so they can put error on the machine and type in the weight they wanna put ....on top of that bs their machines are always broken down and most of the time the ice cream machine are not working properly so youre getting soft watery ice cream if you even want to call it that they might as well change the name from pink berry 2 watery pink berry..soggy...and the freaking restrooms are always out of order supposedly its been 4 months and it still has that out of service sign. These young workers don't want to clean the restroom that's why they have that sign posted..my friend use to work there and he told me that that's the real reason why they never take the out of service sign because none of the workers want to do their job and clean them afther closing time ...unbelievable
Really good mango yogurt ?

It's been a minute since divuldged Pinkberry. The pricing is OutRageouS. Should be criminal. Less than half a cup of only yogurt. No toppings. $7.52. Could have bought a pint at the store. Sure, it tasted good & service was friendly. It's not worth the pricing. Inflation hit hard & steep here, apparently.

Bad experience. Worst pink berry I’ve ever been . Was having a good day then left upset. Trash filled with cups . Kid workers are lazy , dirty yogurt stations

Bought two cups of yogurt for $24 dollars. After paying I asked for key for restroom which my 8 year old daughter needed to use I was told no bathroom only for employees! I don’t mind paying for that overpriced yogurt because my daughter loves it but to prohibit your customers and children from using restroom is just a slap in the face
I thought it was personal so I called management who said closing bathroom to kids was the owners decision. The owners should be ashamed of themselves all they care about seems to be money! Their Lust for money, has blinded them from customer loyalty and service and frankly from decency . Don’t buy from them money is the only language they understand that’s the only way to adjust their attitude!
It’s like being in the twilight zone you have restaurant that set up a bowl of food and water for their customers dogs but this pinkberry in Burbank won’t let your children use the restroom .

I was expecting more selections but it looked like several machines were not in service during my visit. The addition of toppings made it good but I really had a hard time seeing what all the hype is about. I may try again at another location.

I went here with my best friend and her family and we all loved it!! It was my first time here, and I would totally go here again!! The lady working there was so nice and she let my best friend’s little sister get more for free (I think). She made the toppings look so pretty, and the place was very beautiful! Pinkberry is just a very underrated YogurtLand. I highly recommend that you go here. There aren’t enough yogurt options, though..But there’s more coming soon. Very good, 10/10!

Meh. Just Meh. Expensive. Uninteresting. It's just a place to have some yogurt next to the movie theatre. Did I mention the whole experience and food was pretty much meh? The only impressive thing was the price.
Oh, how Pinkberry has fallen since the founder learned how to use a tire iron.

Terrible yogurt not even fresh. When was the last time you guys cleaned the yogurt machine. Pink berry has to get a health inspector I rather go to Ben and jerry next door to you guys. The yogurts are a scam they weight it and the workers put there fingers to weigh it down more so they can rip you off 70 dollars for 4 medium yougurts unbelievable they should just shut this pink berry down like the other locations.
