It's good, just what you'd expect. I believe it's now owned by Korean people but the food is exactly as it's always been. I've only bought take-out so ... IDK about service, it put the stars automatically.
We haven't ordered from Ribs USA for quite a while because we had been very disappointed with the last couple of orders. But we tried again tonight and were we pleasantly surprised! Aside from the fact that we did not get the baked potato that we ordered (we didn't need it anyway), the ribs were much larger and had a lot more meat than in the past, and the vegetables were absolutely delicious! Also, the garlic bread was very good. Really enjoyed our dinner tonight...

Got home and had 3 cups of ketchup.
When a customer asks for extra bbq sauce, you may want to give them a least 1 cup.
Bread barely had any bbq sauce, meat was soft I will give them that.
Fries were delicious as well.
