Great options. I recommend it for most who like it spicy as it feels spicier than some.

Service is barely passable, and the ramen was mediocre. Lukewarm broth, flavorless ingredients, and high prices. Went because I was curious but probably wouldn’t be back again. Not sure if it’s just this location or all of them, but it wasn’t a very good first experience.

I haven't been to this location in about a year. It's no longer my favorite ramen spot. The portion was smaller, one small piece of pork, noodles that tasted like spaghetti pasta, and the broth was flat.

Very disappointing. Almost everything we asked for they were out of. No Gyoza, no sushi roll, no spicy tuna bowl and no coke. Aside from that the pork portion was a fraction of what it used to be and I could only assume it's because they were also running out of it as well and didn't want to tell that to us.

Pretty good ramen. Large portions and delicious broth. I dined in the early afternoon and it wasn’t crowded which was perfect for me since a lot of ramen places can get uncomfortably crowded.

Got take out chicken ramen from the Burbank restaurant. It was only ok. The noodles were so preformed to the bowl that they must have been premade in the morning. Not worth the price. Go to a non chain place that still cares.

I was very happy to see that they opened one in burbank. Love silverlake Ramen and go quite often to other locations. This one is more expensive to the other ones. Not sure why. Also very bright light, the vibe is better at the 2 other locations.Service is good

A nice try but if you are a true ramen fan, not the greatest. Still one of the better options in Burbank.

When it's cold Ramen is one of our top favorite. Service is attentive even as we sat in the patio. Nice ambiance.

With 39 locations around the country, the popularity of Silverlake Ramen has exploded. I've longed for a good Ramen chain, but unfortunately, this is not it.I had the Shoyu on Fire Ramen. Spicy clear chicken stock with shōyu, green onions, corn, fried jalapeños, seaweed, micro cilantro, lime & seasoned egg. It sounds good and looks good on the menu, but it wasn't. The broth was bland and not at all on Fire; there was no heat at all. The Spicy Tuna Cut Roll was loose and sloppy. It was made with great haste or by someone with very little experience, or both. The Grilled, Juicy Pork Dumplings were very greasy and a bit flavorless. I was really looking forward to a nice Ramen spot in this area, but unfortunately, Silverlake did not deliver. On the plus side, the service was friendly and helpful, and they did not add any hidden fees to the bill. I'm not yet ready to give up on Silverlake Ramen and there are a couple other locations close enough for me to try. Second time could be the charm.
