Silverlake Ramen Burbank Reviews
Very nice spot for some good Japanese food. Great friendly service as well!
Visiting Burbank for the first time with my sister, we decided to try Silverlake Ramen, and we’re glad we did!
As soon as we walked in, we were warmly greeted and given the option of where we’d like to sit. The restaurant has a cute, relaxed atmosphere that made us feel comfortable right away.

Silverlake Ramen in Burbank offers a variety of ramen dishes, including the popular Garlic Truffle and Shoyu on Fire. The portion sizes are adequate, with one piece of pork in each bowl. The flavors are described as good, though some reviewers suggest the garlic truffle could use a more pronounced garlic taste. The chicken kaarage bowl and gyozas have received mixed reviews, with some praising the rich flavor and texture of the gyozas, while the chicken in the kaarage bowl was criticized for lacking flavor. Customers also enjoy the Blaze ramen with chicken and the Shoyu on Fire with chicken, noting that the noodles are cooked perfectly and the soups are delicious. Vegetarian options are available, and the restaurant is considered kid-friendly. The ambiance is casual with an open space, high ceilings, and an outside patio, creating a relaxed atmosphere. Service is generally friendly and attentive, with some customers mentioning the staff's kindness and willingness to accommodate, such as allowing a customer to stay during bad weather. Parking is available nearby in a free parking structure, and the restaurant is wheelchair accessible with a small elevator. Overall, recent reviews indicate that guests appreciate the tasty, hearty ramen and the welcoming environment, making it a popular spot for both dine-in and takeout.
