I had to wait over 10 minutes today for a ham and cheese croissant order I placed via the mobile app, which is supposed to be faster. I finally had to ask about it, and the batista had a dumbfounded look on her face when I showed her my order on my phone. She then had to ask, which is when a male employee (late 20s, 5'5, brown hair, slight build with a mustache) went to the back counter, and picked up my order, along with about 7 other bags to distribute them to customers. It is unclear how long it had been sitting there, as it was lukewarm when I got it, and the cheese was no longer gooey, which means it had probably been there awhile. There was no apology or explanation as to why the order was so late or barely edible.We need to stop making excuses for businesses, like, "Oh, they must have been busy, or "The labor market is tough right now, and they can't hire enough workers," and call it what it is, which is lazy, inefficient employees who refuse to do their jobs, and want to loaf around while collecting a paycheck. Sadly, this seems to be the new normal.

We visited this branch at around 9:30 PM and placed our drink orders by 9:35 PM. During our visit, we requested access to the restroom but were informed by an employee that it was closed due to the upcoming closing time of the branch. We expressed that there was still about 25 minutes until closing and asked if it might be possible for one of us to quickly use the facilities. Unfortunately, this request seemed to cause some discomfort for the staff. We decided to leave the branch shortly after. I hope this feedback helps improve customer service in the future, especially regarding facilities access close to closing hours.

I'm not here to criticize one particular Starbucks but sometimes baristas get into heavy conversation customers it slows them down, and because of that, it's happened a couple times where they forgotten your food order. They can't get a little frustrating, but there's other things in life that are worst. Life goes on

This Starbucks location was the closest to our hotel in Burbank. I visited this Starbucks a number of times to get my favorite drink during this time of year-the Chestnut Praline Latte. The service was great and the location allows for indoor and outdoor seating. I want to shout out Dexter. He was very friendly and answered questions that I had regarding menu items. This is a great Starbucks to visit the next time that you are in Burbank, CA.

Beat the crowd because once I got my food and drink this place was loud and super busy. My experience with the cashier was fast and friendly. I also asked what the passcode was for the restroom. I thought it was okay with no trash on floor. The lobby too was clean and I came here on a 18th of November 2023 8:50amI've been here many times but not in over a year.
When you need to use the restroom and there’s no to, okay I can live with that. But the toilet overflowed and they put a wet floor sign down. Apparently it’s all good. Someone needs to be canned for this one.

normally this starbucks is on point but today not so much. the ladies stopped helping after a family placed their order. it took the manager to state to help in order for the ladies to help me. 5 employees and not one wanted to help me and my puppy when there was also a mom & her son behind me. they looked at me and than proceeded to do their shuffling for other people's drinks. that's not quality service. i didn't appreciate the inconsiderate employee who looked at me holding my dog and a coffee from coffee bean not to assist. i walk here a lot and been around for a while. this is the first time i felt "dissed" at this location. i did purchase items as well so i didn't just come there to dilly dally.
