An excellent best Starbucks cafes. The staff is very kind and sweet, here is an example of Alc/Daniela making a simple refill feel special. I am always greeted warmly and treated with kindness. If i could give Daniela, Amanda, and the rest of the team 6 stars I would. (I know i left out a lot of names, but everyone is great with me snd other customers)

It was my first time coming to this Starbucks, and I left feeling very welcomed and appreciated. It’s a hot day, and the first thing I saw going inside the store was the most welcoming smile from the kind barista named “Ale”. She greeted me so kindly and happily. Wow, wow, wow, wow, wow! I had the most incredible experience with Daniela at this Starbucks. It was truly the best experience that I've ever had at any Starbucks ever and one of the best in customer service overall.

This Starbucks store is located at a busy location in Burbank, handy for heading to the movies or the main downtown area. It is a very small store compared to other locations, with nowhere to sit inside or out, so it is best to plan for a takeaway. The line is long and very busy but goes fast. Customer service is great, with a cashier who is nice, friendly, and greets customers before and after ordering. However, wait times for orders can be long, and drinks may not be ready close in time. A hot mocha was delicious and steaming hot, but a chai latte with almond milk took longer. A matcha latte had a grassy taste with clumps of matcha. A large frap and cream cheese bagels were good, and a nitro cold brew was on point. There is no parking in the area. Baristas are fun, nice, and hospitable. One employee was a sweetheart who made an order for free after a mistake.
