I had a great experience when I stopped by this Starbucks tonight. I wanted to get water and I know Starbucks give complimentary water so I came here for that. I came on a Friday night and they were surprisingly not busy at all. I was able to walk to the cashier and asked for ice water. I didn't even tell the cashier what size and she give me the Venti size. I also had to use the bathroom so just remember that this Starbucks required a code to use the bathroom. The inside...

Francis, is a good guy and pays attention to detail. His batista made a mistake, and he made it right by remaking the drink. If he isn't the manager allready he needs a promotion. Shout out to the rest of the staff for being so nice and friendly. Great customer service. I recommend this location.
