I love this particular Starbucks, with its small alleyway seating area between buildings, lots of parking in the back. It's never too busy and the staff is very helpful and attentive. They always fill my water bottle even when not ordering anything.

The quality of Starbucks is definitely going down hill while the prices keep going up. For the past year every time my wife and I go to a Starbucks my coffee is always missing pumps, Missing ice, it has more cream than coffee and you catch attitude if you tell the barista. On today's visit my vanilla sweet cream cold brew was Missing ice and sweetener. I don't normally care about messed up drinks but when paying $6 dollars and it's always wrong, it gets pretty frustrating.

The most kind and welcoming customer service! I had to stop and leave a review for LUTHER l. Luther, you you are awesome! I am a loyal Starbucks customer and I'm used to the "welcome to Starbucks what can I get started for you?" LUTHER's spirit was sooo obvious, the welcoming smile and greeting was not the normal Starbucks one. Goes to show how the little things in life make a difference. As we, in our busy lives, "sweep" through the customer line we tend to internalize the professionalism and kindness of baristas - attributes and skills their supervisors don't see them implementing.I MUST comment on the exemplary attitude & kindness of one particular barista at this Toluca Lake Starbucks - ANGEL..!!! The sincerity of his kindness and service, as well as explaining some mechanical questions I had about the App, created a very COMFORTING experience.It is Barista's like this that inspire me to return to this particular Starbucks...!!!!

There are about five Starbucks within a half mile of here, but it's by far the best. Affectionately called "The Bobbucks" because it's right next to Bob's Big Boy, shares their parking lot, and has a giant smiling Big Boy mural outside their window. It's clean indoor and out, well-run, and amongst the nicest staff. Yes, it can get busy because of nearby entertainment workers, but the staff and the place are the most professional and polite around. Don't even think of going to the other four in the area. There is only one "Bobbucks."

Eh, you know, it's Starbucks. A trip here is more so a convenience thing, just another way to get a quick, ok chai or coffee and a breakfast sandwich. While I would rather be supporting a small local business, this'll do in a pinch. The workers have been friendly, although the other day my order got messed up and I got cold food, but I can't say I'm surprised. It's Starbucks people. Meh.

Ambience is great. Seating options are nice, includes cushion seated bench with outlets and bar stools against the wall. Parking lot is convenient but I mostly came here to brag about the barista named Toby. Excellent customer service. Holding down the orders alone for a little bit. They also made the best green tea latte I have had made yet. Much needed experience after a long day.
