Always friendly staff: today they wrote Happy Birthday on my cup after I redeemed my freebie birthday drink. It's small things like this that make customers feel good inside. 😁Thank you!

The workers and manager are always stellar, with amazing and friendly baristas who make the place seem welcoming. The baristas are nice, say kind things, and even write “good morning” on the cup. They follow specific drink orders and never miss a thing. However, the new coffee lids are pretty bad, as the material disintegrates with hot liquid, causing drips. The old, sturdy lids were much better, and stickers for the drinking area are worse than the original stoppers. Amazing drinks and service make this the Starbucks to go to in the area.
