I don’t usually write reviews, but when I’m genuinely impressed, I feel like it’s worth speaking up! I really appreciate when you can see the effort someone puts into their customer service, and Mitch definitely stood out. He had such a positive, friendly energy and made the whole experience feel super easy and relaxed. Plus, my drink was delicious—thanks, Mitch!
It is my birthday and I asked for extra extra whipped cream, they gave me a grande amount in a venti cup with a LOT of whipped cream. 10/10 am coming here again on my birthday next year
They just made my day! The Barista (I think her name was Haley) drew a little ghost on my cup and it really was a little thing that went a long way. Too cute! Thank you for the wonderful coffee ^-^
