It was a little confusing, havin’ all walkin order pickups at the back counter & all mobile order pickups at th’ front counter... however, I can see th’ need for separating them based on how busy their mobile order counter was while I was there...
Probably just a puzzling experience fa me as a “newby” to this location... otherwise, great experience and super friendly staff...!
Always excellent service here. Love my drinks to perfection and this is where it gets done.

The location is a busy Starbucks on San Fernando Road near the Burbank shopping District. The barista is informative and the staff are amazing, friendly and engaged in conversation. Drinks are ready in about two minutes and often laid out on the counter in a matter of minutes. Popular items include Chai Tea, iced espresso, mint tea woth honey and the new 1971 Coffee bags. The shop offers a small product display case with bagged coffee, cups and other items. Seating and standing room are limited, so the area is not conducive to reading or studying, but it works for travelers and quick stops. Ordering on the app is key and helps keep the line short, although during peak times it can take longer. The vibe is clean, renovated and very nice, with friendly banter and occasional little notes and cute pictures on cups. Customers notice the drinks can be random, sometimes watered down, and ice is used very little, but the overall experience is described as delicious, quick and uplifting. The staff write little notes, smile and make the visit feel like sunshine, leaving guests wanting to frequent this location again soon. Friends since I asked for a whipped cream and no whip cream. The barista was really informative about new Chai Tea ingredients coming tomorrow.
