Not sure why this location has a bad rep…There isn’t an inside? Probably very telling that you should expect to wait some time at a walk up order window, that also has a drive thru to attend to. The drive thru is always packed and the people taking their order also have to take your walk up order. If you’re in a rush, don’t expect the world to move faster for you. Waiting 5 minutes in a packed line isn’t absurd. I felt bad for the barista this woman scolded at because SHE was late picking her stuff up and the barista had to go grab it. it’s Starbucks, not the end of the world. Be kind.

I didn't have any food, but I did get a venti cafe, americano, decaf, with not fat milk on ice, with a dusting of cinnamon. I was able to use my own cup, and it was perfect ??.

A manager needs to be in this Starbucks at all time we had ordered a a couple of drinks yesterday 1 with no ice today we made an order as 1 with no ice and the girl that helped us was extremely rude and said they do t give drinks with no ice that they charge extra I’m not sure since when but I have never had a problem in other Starbucks ordering with no ice we also picked up an online order for a friend and they never did it she said no one places an order and we showed her the order she even paid extra for oatmilk and same girl was trying to charge extra again either she’s trying to pocket some money or needs more training not sure of her name because she didn’t have a name tag but this place needs way better customer service it was not ok how she handled everything please if any manager or supervisor that reads this make sure someone is there watching the employees because this girl was so so rude n I asked to give me light ice then let me show you how much ice I took out I don’t this that’s light ice at all almost half a cup of ice I wish I could of took a pic of all the ice??‍♀️n as u read other reviews I’m not the only one apparently that has the same complaint avoid this place!!save yourself the headache.

i arrived at this location at 6 am this morning waiting to be help at the walk up window and the two girls inside just looked at me 2 or three times and turned around like if i didn’t see them do this so rude and just watched me walk away never saying anything very unprofessional

I agree with another commenter very mouthy staff or should I say female! Gave my drink order at drive thru at around 7pm gave a confused look because I had started with saying the size of drink she had the correct size posted on the screen and asked me what size I wanted, so clearly I had a confused look on my face and she proceeded with I can see you. So! Ok you can see me she said I commented which I didn’t and I told her I was confused because she had the right drink size posted and she still asked me the size. She proceeded to argue with me before having a male take over. I go to Starbucks everyday this is the first time visiting this store and will be the last. The employees need more training in customer service at this location. Besides what does it matter if someone has a certain look on their face as long as they are not disrespecting anyone.

Mouthy staff , I asked to get my drink shaken and I got attitude about it. Staff poured out my cold foam and shook my drink only to hand it back without cold foam when I asked that she poured out my cold foam she asked me what I wanted (said what) so I asked her to add the cold foam. She then lectured me on how to order a drink. Rude.We’re definitely going to another Starbucks. Never going back here again. If your close go to the location by the 5 freeway entrance they are awesome.

Terrible service multiple times going here.Staff is mouthy.Expects a customer to know exactly how to order something the way a employee would. Paying $8 for a drink just to get a side of attitude.Management really needs to step it up as I will leave 4 other reviews under other accounts one for every bad situation they created since they don’t want to treat customers fair and with respect.
