This starbucks is very convenient for me, though the parking lot makes it a lil crazy. PRO TIP: go around and line up to make the right as people will NOT let you in if you're sitting there blocking traffic trying to make a left turn in there. I've only had my order messed up once here tho I wasn't too upset, just double check your order (as you should be doing with any drive thru). This is not a good starbies for walk up order as starbucks in general prioritizes drive thru and mobile orders so there will be a longer wait, the one time I did, it was almost a 30min wait

Update: Recently tried to do walk up after my mobile order as drive thru was full and i was in a time crunch. No one came up to the window and I had to sit 20 mins in the drive thru so I'm deducting a star from my review. Avoid walk up at all costs

They mess orders up frequently. Check your coffee before you leave, chances are it’s not what you ordered.

Visited this Starbucks location on my way back home from travel. I ordered a pink drink and i got everything but a pink drink. I'm not sure if they used the wrong juice or of the ingredients used were expired but it taste horrible!
My drink was prepared by a young black male. He also kept making funny faces to people in the drive-thru.

I’ve gone a few times to this location and ordered different drinks. Every single time my drink isn’t filled to the top. This is never an issue at other locations. Why pay extra for a bigger cup to not get what you pay for?

Not sure why this location has a bad rep…There isn’t an inside? Probably very telling that you should expect to wait some time at a walk up order window, that also has a drive thru to attend to. The drive thru is always packed and the people taking their order also have to take your walk up order. If you’re in a rush, don’t expect the world to move faster for you. Waiting 5 minutes in a packed line isn’t absurd. I felt bad for the barista this woman scolded at because SHE was late picking her stuff up and the barista had to go grab it. it’s Starbucks, not the end of the world. Be kind.

I didn't have any food, but I did get a venti cafe, americano, decaf, with not fat milk on ice, with a dusting of cinnamon. I was able to use my own cup, and it was perfect ??.

A manager needs to be in this Starbucks at all time we had ordered a a couple of drinks yesterday 1 with no ice today we made an order as 1 with no ice and the girl that helped us was extremely rude and said they do t give drinks with no ice that they charge extra I’m not sure since when but I have never had a problem in other Starbucks ordering with no ice we also picked up an online order for a friend and they never did it she said no one places an order and we showed her the order she even paid extra for oatmilk and same girl was trying to charge extra again either she’s trying to pocket some money or needs more training not sure of her name because she didn’t have a name tag but this place needs way better customer service it was not ok how she handled everything please if any manager or supervisor that reads this make sure someone is there watching the employees because this girl was so so rude n I asked to give me light ice then let me show you how much ice I took out I don’t this that’s light ice at all almost half a cup of ice I wish I could of took a pic of all the ice??‍♀️n as u read other reviews I’m not the only one apparently that has the same complaint avoid this place!!save yourself the headache.
