I agree with another commenter very mouthy staff or should I say female! Gave my drink order at drive thru at around 7pm gave a confused look because I had started with saying the size of drink she had the correct size posted on the screen and asked me what size I wanted, so clearly I had a confused look on my face and she proceeded with I can see you. So! Ok you can see me she said I commented which I didn’t and I told her I was confused because she had the right drink size posted and she still asked me the size. She proceeded to argue with me before having a male take over. I go to Starbucks everyday this is the first time visiting this store and will be the last. The employees need more training in customer service at this location. Besides what does it matter if someone has a certain look on their face as long as they are not disrespecting anyone.

Please don't come to work if your attitude is bad. Please don't work in customer service if your attitude is bad. Please don't go to work just to treat ppl like crap all day. We don't want your service. Terrible service and with no regret. I wouldn't drink my frappe if you paid me. No thanks

Mouthy staff , I asked to get my drink shaken and I got attitude about it. Staff poured out my cold foam and shook my drink only to hand it back without cold foam when I asked that she poured out my cold foam she asked me what I wanted (said what) so I asked her to add the cold foam. She then lectured me on how to order a drink. Rude.We’re definitely going to another Starbucks. Never going back here again. If your close go to the location by the 5 freeway entrance they are awesome.

Terrible service multiple times going here.Staff is mouthy.Expects a customer to know exactly how to order something the way a employee would. Paying $8 for a drink just to get a side of attitude.Management really needs to step it up as I will leave 4 other reviews under other accounts one for every bad situation they created since they don’t want to treat customers fair and with respect.

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced at a Starbucks. I walked up to the window to order. The barista taking my order walked away halfway through me trying to order. My order was COMPLETELY wrong. Wrong drink, amount of drinks, and food was left sitting for 5 mins before it was called out. My egg bites were not edible by the time I received them. Not to mention they only prioritize drive thru. I was waiting 25 mins for my order, only to receive wrong items.Not to mention the SSV (shift supervisor) gave me attitude when I asked to have my order remade.If you are looking for a Starbucks with quality customer driven service, this is NOT THE LOCATION TO GO TO!
Drive thru and walk up. A variety of different drinks. They can also customize a drink as well if you have the recipes. Nice, knowledgeable staff.

Came here today for a croissant and a pink drink with oat milk and had neither a croissant or oat milk. So disappointed in this Starbucks, apart from not having what i wanted, the employees have given a bad attitude on all occasions I have been here!! I wish I could give 0 stars!

Never going to this Starbucks again. Waited 10 minutes at the window for someone to come and say we aren't taking orders and close the window. No explanation or anything. Just rude.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I mobile ordered 2 frappachinos at 7:30 pm and I didn't get them until 8 pm. Worst Starbucks ever. They should be fired.

Supposed to be open til 10pm..but not tonight..I stopped by everytime i came to do laundry in the same plaza..not anymore..clearly there are employees there but refuse to take my order..even have the music playing loud..dancing is not working..hopefully the management team do something about thjs soon..this aint
