The manager Joshua is very helpful he helped me out for the wrong order and very kind of him
I came to this Starbucks since I was in the area and my wife wanted her iced chai latte. I came in the early morning so I used the drive thru to place my order. I got my wife a Venti iced chai latte and asked for light ice. This location doesn't have indoor seating you just place your order from the drive thru or counter window.
The barista made my order quick and she was very friendly. The drink was made exactly how I asked and my wife loves it. Customer service was excellent.

This Starbucks Coffee Company location has no indoor seating, operating only through a drive-thru or a walk-up counter window. The baristas are friendly and make orders quickly, with excellent customer service. The drive-thru is often packed and can be congested, so it is easiest to enter from Sherman Way. A pro tip is to line up to make the right turn, as people will not let drivers in if they are blocking traffic trying to make a left. The drive-thru is usually quick, but walk-up orders can have a longer wait, as the staff must also attend to the drive-thru and mobile orders. One customer waited almost 30 minutes for a walk-up order, and another had to sit 20 minutes in the drive-thru after a failed walk-up attempt. It is advised to avoid walk-up orders if in a rush. Orders are generally made correctly, though it is recommended to double-check. Specific drinks mentioned include a Venti iced chai latte with light ice, a Venti Iced Americano, and a venti cafe americano decaf with nonfat milk on ice and a dusting of cinnamon. Food items include egg bites or a breakfast sandwich, and a pup cup is also available.
