Since I arrived at the place, a man named César or something similar, I read on his nameplate, he treated me with a bad face, angry and did everything badly, in the end I couldn't ask for salt or pepper because he did what he wanted with my sandwich, the place is very clean and there are friendly employees, but there are people who make me not want to return to the place 🤦🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️

I placed a mobile order pickup and clearly stated that I wanted the sandwiches to be more full, when I went to pickup the sandwiches were VERY thin, few pieces of vegetables. The person there told me they would NOT change anything and rudely dismissed me with my son. Don’t go here - they should shut the place down…

They have low standards and employees are not well trained. They don’t know the recipe and have to look at the instructions on the board all the time, there was once the guy even asked me what should be in my sandwich(I ordered a standard one). There is also a mid age guy that never wear a mask or hair cover.

I bought a salad at this subway and suffered terrible stomach pains, vomiting, and the pain was so bad that I stopped at the emergency room for two days. And it turns out that my son bought a sandwich and it turns out that the same thing happened to him. What happens in that place? I will never go back to that place

I asked kindly if my sandwich could be packed separately each half, and the employee said no with an attitude and was very stingy with the amount of ingredients he put in my sandwich. Never coming back here.
‼️‼️?BAD SERVICE‼️‼️ I went to this place to buy some sandwiches for my children and it doesn't seem fair to me that they have an ad that says “CREATE YOUR OWN SANDWICH” And I ordered an Italian bread with pepperoni American cheese and marinara sauce but the woman told me that they couldn't add sauce because it's just for the meat balls, I've visited many Sub Way and in all the other restaurants they have prepared the sandwich as I ask for it and I told him to ask the manager and he also said that they couldn't add sauce to the pepperoni sandwich and he didn't even add the cheese when it came home and my son didn't want to eat it because the bread was cold!!!! In the end I spent almost $12 dollars for cold bread and pepperoni!! ?WHAT A BAD EXPERIENCE ‼️‼️‼️‼️?

I literally waisted 18 bucks for 2 sandwiches one of them the bread was cold and didn’t want to add tomato sauce cause they kept saying it’s only with the meatballs and then they didn’t want to make mine extra cooked cause it’s gonna burn and all in the other subways they let me put tomato sauce and extra cooked and it clearly says that u can make ur own sandwich it doesn’t look like it never coming to this subway again bad service bad manager.

As always subway has exceed my expectations I'm service they created an absolutely amazing atmosphere and made it so I was able to eat extremely comfortably, the food was okay not revolutionary but it was a sandwich and it's subway your not supposed to be getting high class cuisine but the ingredients where extremely fresh like cutting an avacado in front of me so it was an enjoyable experience will come here again
