Last night we went in to celebrate my husband birthday, but we weren’t able to die in due to error that the hosted and kept us waiting when after we where called My Daughter did get a little upset, and she apologize to the manager, and after she apologize to the manager, he refuse to service. I mean, we were not gonna stay after how we were treated that I felt he could’ve done better with the situation, and with his hosts, I was very disappointed. I’m very angry at the moment that we were able to celebrate a joyful birthday. We have often gone there, and never had a problem until yesterday.

This was our first time at Boiling crab, and it did NOT disappoint. The food was soo good. We each got king crab and shrimp. We got a good amount of crab which was our concern. We each had about 3 & 1/2 legs. W/ joint included. That's a good amount. And a good amount of shrimp, I couldn't even finish my portion. I added sausage and eggs. I'd probably leave it out next time cuz it was so much food. I had a side of rice and fried oysters ( so good) and my hubby had corn and sausage and added onion rings which were really good. Our server Selena and Mary I think it was were very attentive!! Service was great !! They were patient with us since we were newbies. We are definitely gonna have to come back when in the area again. If u enjoy a good crab boil this place makes a good one!! And the music was good!! Had me happy dancing while I was eating. My hubby and I left full and expectations met!! ❤️ The only complaint would be the tools used to open the king crab were not effective. I broke the tip of the blue cutter trying to cut a piece open. Scissor would be better. And maybe a chopstick to push the meat out.

The whole Sha-Bang! The best Sauce on anything and everything! And lemon pepper fries are the best!
The service was great and the staff were very professional and courtesy. From the time we walked in they ensured we had our drinks. Once we ordered the food came out very fast no much of await. The place was clean and elegant place to have a conversation. Thank you so much for my time with you.

The Boiling Crab in Burbank can be a bit of a hit or miss. Sometimes the food is absolutely delicious and perfectly seasoned, while other times it doesn’t quite have the same flavor. The service can be inconsistent as well — some visits are great, others not as smooth.
That said, when everything hits, it’s really good, and that’s what keeps us coming back. Overall, it’s still a fun spot for seafood lovers who don’t mind a little inconsistency.

Came with my 4 yr old son very hungry. My husband was about 20min away. I wanted to sit to order bc i know what he wanted and my son. So it be ready plus im diabetic wanted some coke. JENNY the front host told me they can not seat me down bc my husband not there. I asked her he is only 20 min away. She said is company policy all must be here. Went bought coke so i dont pass out. I came back now I had to wait 30 min for a seat. This is ridiculous! Made bad taste in my mouth. Won't be coming back here again.
