Something has happened to the Copenhagen since I was last here (about 2 years ago) The coffee was weak and not very hot and my favorite danish, the High Cinnamon was nowhere to be seen. The fruit danish looked very small compared to what I remember. That's about it.

Copenhagen Bakery & Cafe is an absolute gem, and their Swedish Princess Cake is hands down the star of the show. Light, elegant, and beautifully crafted, it’s everything a true Princess Cake should be—fluffy sponge layers, luscious pastry cream, a delicate touch of raspberry jam, and that perfectly smooth dome of green marzipan dusted with powdered sugar.

It’s not just a dessert, it’s an experience. You can taste the care and tradition in every bite. Whether you’re Scandinavian or just appreciate exceptional European pastries, this cake is a must-try.

The bakery itself has a cozy, old-world charm with friendly staff and a wide selection of baked goods and cafe fare. But no matter what else you get, do yourself a favor and get a slice of the Princess Cake—you’ll be dreaming about it for days!

The cafe remains one of our favorite to frequent. Service was good (quick and attentive-shout out to Tina Marie and her associates clearing the tables), food consistently tasty.

Gave this place 1 Star and does not deserve anything more for Closing Earlier than their sign posted. Restaurant is supposed to close at 9pm. I walked in at 8:30 just to have a male employee tell me that they were closed. This was definitely not a good impression to a place I was hoping to go to for a birthday dinner. Thanks For Nothingl. I'll make sure to Never go back and Never Eecommend it to anyone. Helpful Tip: you don't want business at certain hours, change your restaurant hours to 8pm than.

Tried a couple pastries with tea. Very good. There is plenty of seating, including French tables outside.

What happened to the Princess cake? Terrible. Bottom layer cake and raspberry filling were there but custard layer was replaced by an orange pudding? Not sure what it was. The top cake layer was unrecognizable and whipped cream was used in great quantity to hold up the fake marzipan. Such a disappointment. I will not go back for next year’s birthday cake.

We come here every time we go to/from the airport. They have the best pastries! I love all their cakes, the banana surprise, cookies, and brownies. Sitting outside is so lovely, great people watching, and great service! Best grilled chicken sandwich I’ve ever had! And love their Denver omelette. 10/10

This is an old establishment, diner style. Could have been good, menu items are standard. Service was bad, food was mediocre.
