Pretty disappointed i ordered a brown sugar shaken espresso and i opened my cup after a couple sips wondering why the cup felt heavy and when i was shaking the cup all i heard was ice. I ordered 2 venti drinks that came out total of $26 just for my drink to be watered down with ice this is ridiculous.

This location is fine for grab and go. I’ve been there once while studying and, even with headphones on, it can get quite loud. This review is mostly to say that the new cups are awful. I picked up two tall hot coffees for an hour long drive. Not even five minutes into driving off, the lids were spilling coffee everywhere and drinking from them isn’t much better. The old cups were perfectly fine. I hope enough folks give feedback to switch the the cups back.
Coffee is scolding hot, did they not learn from McDs? A little spill out of the lid burnt my finger.

Why not add matcha drinks that are sugar-free? It’s time to create healthier menus at all restaurants and cafes. I see obese children and people everywhere. It’s time to change that! Stop selling food high in salt, sugar, and fat!

Unfortunately they always get my orders wrong which is just an americano. I select the light roast using the mobile app and they never pay attention to the selection. This is the 3rd time.
